Refund Policy
At WebFinic, we strive to ensure utmost satisfaction with our website development, software, and digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Therefore, we have formulated a comprehensive refund policy to address such situations.
- Service Guarantee: We guarantee timely delivery of our services as per the agreed-upon timeline. If for any reason we fail to deliver within the specified timeframe, we commit to refunding 80% of the amount paid, in accordance with bank policies, within 7 business working days.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only in cases where we have not met the mutually agreed-upon delivery deadline. Clients must notify us of any delays or dissatisfaction promptly to initiate the refund process.
- Refund Procedure: To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team with details of the service, the payment made, and the reason for requesting a refund. Upon verification of the claim, we will initiate the refund process as per the agreed terms.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for services rendered as per the agreed timeline, or if the delay is caused by factors beyond our control, such as acts of nature, third-party services, or client-related delays.
- Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances where partial services have been rendered but not completed within the agreed timeline, a partial refund may be provided at the discretion of WebFinic.
- Bank Policies: Refunds will be processed in compliance with bank policies and may take up to 7 business working days to reflect in the client's account.
- Changes to Refund Policy: WebFinic reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
